7.1 Ruggedness in class-AB operation
The BLF7G22L-130 and BLF7G22LS-130 are capable of withstanding a load mismatch corresponding to VSWR = 10 : 1 through all phases under the following conditions: VDS = 28 V; IDq = 950 mA; PL = 130 W (CW); f = 2110 MHz.
